From a local estate - Rare and in excellent condition - 45 vinyl record by The Sonics.  Pacific Northwest Garage Rock.  Side are "The Witch" and "Psycho".  Recorded in Tacoma Washington.  I am not familiar with this band but it appears to be a fairly rare record.  I am guessing the age to be 50-60's because the address of studio is Tacoma 1, Washington which uses the zone code started in the 1940's during WWII.  I see no scratches or damage but it is not professionally graded and I am not an expert.  Please feel free to ask questions you may have but please give me time to answer.
