THE SOUL NOTES I Got Everything I Need / How Long Will It Last WAY OUT 1006
Killer Deep Soul and one of the ddest and most mental Deep Soul records ever. A side is a cover of the Same & Dave Tune which, half way through the song transforms form the lyric of "I Got Everything I Need" to a bereft man preaching and pleading about the loss of his woman, a bizarre, intense breakdown that continues to the end of the record in direct conflict with the sense of the original lyrics. Needless to say, bizarre as it is, it's also utterly brilliant.
Killer Northern classic arranged by McKinley Jackson, produced by Whiz Whiesenhunt for Shelby Singleton productions.
Condition: 8/10, in beautiful condition. Comes in plain sleeve.

Vinyl Grading Scale:
10: Mint… Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint, two copies side by side would have to be entirely indistinguishable.
9: M-… Brilliant condition, clean gloss, no scratches or audible issues, only lightest of marks – generally inaudible paper scuffs if any. A beautiful record.
8: E…. Excellent Condition between 7 and 9, yet closer to 9 – still a fabulous record
7: VG+… Used, but not abused. Light marks only. Plays, and looks nice, with some surface noise.
6: VG… Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise. Records at this level and below the starting price will clearly reflect the condition.
5: VG-… Greying, more visibly worn but the music is very present and still outshines extraneous noise.
4: G+… A bit rough but plays ok. Fills the collection.
3: G-… Plays pretty rough. Has multiple scratches.
2: G-… Plays rough. Has multiple scratches, may skip.
1: P… Noisy, but not the noise you want.
