Description
This is the original 1965 1st press Spencer Davis Group First LP which is now relatively rare. The LP is on the Fonantana Label Mono TL5242 with matrices 687343 1L//1 & 687343 2L//1. The item has been in my collection from new and is in excellent condition throughout . The cover is made of stiff cardboard and is complete and unmarked apart from a very minor crease on the top front right. The black and silver rough textured Fontana label has very light spindle marks on both sides but as the photo shows these really are minor. The vinyl maintains a bright sheen and looks great on the turntable- the sound is still excellent and there are a few hairline marks on both sides. The record has not been overplayed and it is many years since it was played at all. All in all in spite of its age I think it is an excellent example of a rare LP which would be difficult to find in this condition. I shall dispatch the LP in a cardboard holder and intend to charge £2.50 for packing in the UK.
