This is an ultra-rare item by Iggy & The Stooges. Five 12 inch vinyl EPs in a box set. Pink vinyl. Each 12" comes in a seperate full colour picture sleeve listing all the relevant information. All EPs together are housed in a heavy cardbox sleeve, with a hole in the front that can feature different details of the individual EP covers. This is a limited edition of 1000 copies, the item is numbered, it is number 74. The item is in mint condition -- neither the cover jackets and sleeves nor the vinyl show the slightest sign of use/wear! Total playing time 97 minutes!

The recordings featured on this amazing box set can be considered very very rare, e.g. I have yet to see another release that features as rare a track as the rarest of them all: the earliest known Stooges live recording: "What you gonna do" live in Ann Arbor 1968! More never before released tracks include cover versions of "Purple Haze" & "Waiting for my man" plus the rare track "Dynamite boogie". The majority of the material is comprised of live recordings and studio outtakes from the 1973/74-era. This is a genuine collectible due the beautiful packaging combined with the wealth of rarities. In my years of collecting the Stooges I came across this very item just once.

Pure and raw energy by the ancestors of punk music -- this item offers great insights into the phenomenom of Iggy Pop & the Stooges. The band will release their first studio album since 1973 in March 2007.
