- Cover: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners with creases from the record on both sides. Some tears along the left and top open edges. Ther's a 49 written in pencil on the back)
- Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Pitting on both sides)
