Description
Hi everyone. I was a fairly serious collector of The Stranglers between 1978 and 1990 or thereabouts. My collection of 100+ items has been left largely untouched since then (other than for the odd perusal for old-times' sake). I still love it but it seems right that it be let go to better homes.
-------------- This is a test pressing of La Folie. It comes in a plain white card sleeve and included is a promo sheet from EMI - PLEASE NOTE - this is not an original written letter as it might appear, but a photocopy of that - HOWEVER - this is the way in which this letter would have come for most records like this, as it would obviously have been impossible to handwrite every one. This is, therefore, an OFFICIAL photocopy! (I hope that is clear!).
There are a few 'trail' marks around the centre, so it definitely has been played (although not by me), but overall condition is pretty sharp with light marking.
The run-out grooves read as follows:
LBG 30342 A 1-U TOWNHOUSE LBG TOWNHOUSE LBG 30342 B 1-U
