Description
The Sweet- The Lollipop man / Time - uk Parlophone R 5803. 1969 an AIR production VG+ condition Super rare 2nd single from future Glam-Rock legends Sweet, a delicious slice of rock history! The SWEET are renowned for their excellent 'B' sides, even when they released bubblegum pop 'A's, which were often quality psych pieces, or blazing rock to rival Led Zepellin! Both sides are great, 'Lollipop Man' is innovative & great pop, but "Time" is a killer psych/rock dancer, with heavy organ, twisting wah-wah guitar & superb vocals & chorus...BLOODY BRILLIANT. was compiled years ago in the "Electric sugarcube flashbacks" compilation ,...a must for sweet fans or psych dj´s/collectors A personal fave & a very recommended single - don´t miss it, it was always near impossible to find, then and now! Winning bidder please add 3pounds for postage and packing in USA, international/insurance extra. Save if buying more items (please see my other auctions for more cool collectible gems). ------------------------------------------------------------- I have been a collector and music enthusiast for 35yrs+, grading according to what I expect when I am buying for myself.
