THE TELEPATHS : Frozen Darling / Must I Perform (Telepathic Foundation 001) 1978. 7" 33 rpm....One od the earliest Seattle punk groups...members included Bill Rieflin and Eric Werner later to form the Blackouts with Bill moving on to Ministry...This 7" never had a sleeve, is super rare, and not realy KBD style punk, more pre-punk bridging the gap from glam/art to punk..."Must I perform" is punky in a early NYC kind of way..But "Frozen Darling" is a insane psychotic song that builds from slow to medium fast and deals somehow with some tale of peacocks getting their heads bit off by a girl then into a great messed up guitar part ending the song...almost more of a weird psych feel...I'm probably not doing this justice...but if its 2 chord bashing you want, this is'nt it!......Really close to M- with only a couple faint sleevelines.....EX........
