Singer Eddie Holloway and his band Third Guitar were from Florida and were signed up by Jack Taylor of the New York-based Rojac label to record three 45s. One of the songs recorded turned out to be an updated version of one of their records when they were known as the Soul Pleasers. That song was 'Baby Don't Cry', and remains one of the toughest funk 45s ever recorded.
Original issue, not a bootleg or a reissue.
Conservative grading:
M- : Very clean, shiny and like new
VG++ : Clean vinyl, few if any signs of play. If any marks are present they will be small, light and not affecting play
VG+ : Marks on vinyl but no scratches that make any significant noise, plays well. Should be fine for most collectors
VG : Marks and light scratches on vinyl, plays ok with some noise here and there but nothing detrimental to the overall sound
