DOA Warranty: Items noted with DOA warranty are for replace/refund depending on seller’s availability. DOA items MUST be reported DOA from seven days after ship date on priority shipments. Buyer pays for product to be returned Seller pays for replacement to be returned. Item serial numbers are recorded and items are marked. If item returned for refund is found to be not the item/s sent, Warranty is VOID. We are not liable to buyer or any other person for lost profits, diminution of goodwill or any other special or consequential damage.
DOA Warranty does NOT cover: buyer’s inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased. Or buyers attempt to use the equipment purchased in a special application that requires optional equipment or service in order to work properly.
