RECORD CARE (Just in case you wondered!)

 We use the SpinClean Record Washing System to clean vinyl.
   (SpinClean cleaner fluid is mixed with Distilled Water)
   Microfiber Towels are used to dry & handle records.

 Diamond Stylus needles are replaced often.

 A microfibre brush is used to clean before play.

 LPs are stored upright in 2 ml. plastic outer sleeves.

 45s & 78s are stored in albums/boxes in paper sleeves.

COVER/RECORD COVER CW Signs of wear such as fuzzy seams, or areas that are worn and/or dirty - Light (L), Moderate (M) or Heavy (H) RW Cover wear in the shape of a circle caused by the raised groove around the label or around the edge of the LP - Light (L), Moderate (M) or Heavy (H) WOC/WOL Writing that probably cannot be removed somewhere on the labels, front or back cover - Light (L) or Heavy (H) SD Sticker damage that could be residue that may be removable or tears caused when stickers were removed - Repairable (R) or Not Repairable (NR) COH/CC/DH/SC Holes have been punched out somewhere on the cover and/or the corners have been clipped. Punch holes, drill holes, saw marks or cut corners were all used by the music industry to disallow a return on the item. Most were either promotion, overstock or records with poor sales which can increase the rarity and value today. SS Split seams that prevent the record from being held securely inside the cover - Small (s) or Large (L) WLP/DJ Promotional Issue or DJ Copy with a white label with words such as "Demontration" "For Radio Stations" or "DJ Copy." 45's had stereo and mono versions of the same song DJT A DJ Timing Strip is a piece of paper usually attached to the lower front cover listing the tracks and song information & the songs being plugged checked off
RECORD FS Applies only to original factory sealed records. Although implied that the condition is MINT, this cannot be guaranteed because there could be production defects. NM Like new and/or probably not played. Records that look like new but may have slight, visible marks, scuffs and/or stains that have no affect on play. VG+ Well taken care of and/or little use with no and/or little very light surface noise. Allows for very light and/or superficial surface scratches and/or scuffs that should not significantly affect sound. The surface is shiny and shows little sign of having been played. VG Minor wear w/probable noise between tracks and/or some light/mild surface noise. There are noticeable surface marks, light scratches, scuffs and/or stains. All tracks may play perfectly except for one which may have a play-through skip. If there are any known skips in a record, it will be mentioned in the listing. If slight warping is present on the record it should not be serious enough to affect play. VG- Mild/Moderate scuffs/scratches with Mild/Moderate surface noise. Appears well played with scratches and/or scuffs and more than one scratch that might affect play. May have warping, skips and/or noticeable audible noise. G / G- The same standards as "VG-" but to a greater extreme. The record should play despiteb bvious wear or mild damage, but the overall quality will probably be low even on a good system. This is the lowest possible grade. If the record is lower grade than this, I will not list it.

 SHIPPING POLICIES:

Domestic Multiple Item Order Discounts: Additional LPs will be $1.00 and 45s will be 50¢ for each record. When the total of the order is more than $100 (not including shipping & handling) shipping will be FREE.

International Multiple Item Orders Discounts: All orders will be based on the actual weight of the combined order with a reasonable handling charge that includes insurance and secure packaging. When the total of the order is more than $100 (not including shipping & handling) a 50% discount on shipping will be applied to the adjusted invoice.

 INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.

 PACKAGING: All items are secured with a layer of bubble and/or foam wrap and shipped in corrogated cardboard boxes.

 SHIPPING RATES: Insurance is included in the cost of all shipping fees and the cost of packaging is factored in. Shipping Rates shown are estimates BEFORE actually packaging. Actual packaged weight may increase or decrease the costs shown.

 DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: Please keep in mind that Media Mail can take up to 30 days or more for delivery while Priority is GUARANTEED to be delivered within 3 business days!
