Original, 1st and only pressing released in 1970 on Monument (Prodisa), Argentina. As usual in this region, the record spins at 33-rpm, and the titles are translated into Spanish. Featured here is perhaps one of the HOLY GRAILS of rare foreign pressings! Have you ever seen another release other than those on Sound Stage 7, and Seventy-Seven labels? It's HARD-TO-BELIEVE, but at the same time of its original release in 1970, it got a South American counterpart through the Monument label (which was managed locally by Prodisa). I'm really PROUD to offer to the serious Northern Soul collector this SERIOUSLY rare early-70s release from South America! Prodisa was a very small label, and this rarity only got a ridiculously limited run. But these releases are almost impossible to find with their original Prodisa sleeves in nice shape. Please note: I don't have spare copies; this is actually the FIRST copy I've ever seen in many years, and most likely the LAST ONE for a long time. But what is special about this gem is the amazing condition, which would be difficult to match, IF EVER POSSIBLE! The record has hardly touched a turntable, I think twice at most, the labels are fresh, and absolutely clean, and the original company sleeve is simply perfect. Definitely, this will be ONE of the centerpieces in your collection of FOREIGN editions of rare Soul/Northern Soul!
