Description
This is a set of 2 LPs by the Ventures called Play Guitar With the Ventures on Dolton BLP-16501 and BLP-16502 from 1965. The Ventures show you how to play Lead, Bass and Rhythm Guitar. Easy to follow illustrated booklet with diagrammed finger patterns for lead and bass guitars and chords for rhythm guitar for each song on the album.
VOLUME 1: Light wear on front and back cover. The booklet is being held in the gatefold by only one of two staples otherwise booklet is in very nice condition. Initials on inner gatefold, otherwise still looks great. I'd grade the jacket a nice VG+. The vinyl has a small scratch on side one that might affect play otherwise looks great with a glossy shine and near perfect labels. Very nice VG++ to M-.
VOLUME 2: Light wear on front and back cover. Booklet is intact and looks great as does the rest of the inner gatefold. Some edgewear on the top and bottom with about an inch of seam split on the top left. If not for the small seam split I'd say it were a nice VG++. The vinyl has three scratches on side two that can not be felt by touch otherwise both sides have glossy shine with near perfect labels. I'd call it a nice VG++.
