Matrix number AXZ-1854-1L (this is the Stereo press, and is side 1 of the original LP which was commercially released with the Cat number London SAHG 6143).
PLAY GRADES in EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition.
Original Poly-lined inner sleeve, no splits or tears, complete with original "sample record" sticker on the rear opening edge (see pictures)
