The Verlaines -- Juvenilia LP

Original 1987 US release on Homestead Records (catalog # HMS 088).

Great compilation of the early Verlaines material, this is the original worldwide release on Homestead from 1987. Flying Nun reissued this comp a year later in New Zealand.

"Angela," "Crisis After Crisis" & "You Cheat Yourself Of Everything That Moves" were originally released on Dunedin Double 12" EP (1982). "Death And The Maiden" is the A-side of a 7" single (1982). "Baud To Tears," "Pyromaniac," "Joed Out," "Burlesque," "Wind Song" & "You Say You" were first released as the 'Ten O'Clock In The Afternoon' EP (1984).

"You Cheat Yourself Of Everything That Moves" was remixed for this release in August 1986 at Mascot Studios with Victor Grbic.
