Payment We only accept Paypal Payments UK (GBP) Card Payments are now accepted, if you Call our office on 0121 770 1928 we will be able to take payment. Our accounts department are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday between 9am & 230pm (GMT UK time). If we can not answer your call, please email us and request a payment call back

Shipping We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched the next working day. We use Royal Mail for all of our parcels. We have a postal collection every working day. If the first delivery attempt cannot be made, then your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection

Terms Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Your order will be posted out to you within 2 working days of receiving payment. We only accept Paypal Payments UK (GBP) Cheques Postal orders and card payments Replacements are only given on faulty products. whilst every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, please note that we cannot be held responsible if orders arrive damaged. All of our CDs and DVDs are sourced from and will work in the UK. Unless otherwise stated, the DVDs are PAL encoded. If you are not in the UK, you should check your manual to ensure PAL compatibility. Faults with any of our DVDs must be reported to us with in 14 days of you receiving the order.
