THE WAILERS – OUT OF OUR TREE/I GOT ME – ETIQUETTE ET-21

The zenith of “IT SHOULDA BEEN A WORLDWIDE HIT, GODDAMMIT!!!” HUGE classic two-sider from one of my two all-time favorite bands (no prize for guessing what the other one is!). The record has some wear, hair-lines and some deeper scratches, but there’s still lotsa luster left on this almighty sledgehammer from these Gods among men. No skips or jumps or sticks. “Out Of Our Tree” plays a strong VG with some crackle. “I Got Me” plays VG- because of some styrene-buzz that jumps in and out on the track. I’ve included full cuts of both sides unfiltered, so you can hear that I Speaketh The Truth. The labels look great, except for some felt-tip-damage on the A-side, courtesy of some fun-boy. Hey, thanks a lot, Fritz!
