Stunning Original 1971 UK Track Record 1st Pressing 'Who's Next' by The Who. Stunning Vinyl with 'Matt Textured' Track 1st Press Labels & 1st Press (A1//B2 Matrix)!!! Complete with Mega Rare Headhunters Inner Sleeve!!! Impossible to Find a Complete UK 1st Press In This Condition!!!!

Here is another gem from my own personal collection (which I am selling off gradually to lessen the pain...)  You are bidding on a STUNNING ORIGINAL UK 1971 Track Record UK 1st Pressing of this all time classic LP by The Who!!! It is the Original 1971 UK Track Record 1st Pressing (A1//B1 matrix) on 1st press 'matt textured' labels with 1st press MacNeill Sleeve (NOT the later Clout & Baker sleeve!!!) What's More it's in stunning Condition!!! However what makes this particular pressing ever rarer is that it is complete with it's original (and mega rare!) 'Headhunters' picture Inner sleeve!!! This LP is VERY hard to find with this inner sleeve!!! Not only that but to find a true 1st press in this kind of condition is almost impossible!!! Aside from the A1//B2 Matrix and the matt labels, the only real way to tell a true 1st pressing like this is by the vinyl quality - it is super THICK & CHUNKY - and weighs a ton!!!! The cool 1970's vinyl is visually and aurally stunning condition!!! It shines with that 'just pressed' look and feel!!! I want to give you every detail of the record, no matter how small, so check out the description below and if you are not sure of anything just ask... It really is an awesome 1st press copy of a  very cool LP - It's as simple as that - original UK Track Record 1st (A1//B1) pressings complete with their original 'Headhunters' Inner sleeves have all but dried up now in the UK, and to find one in this condition is almost impossible!!! - don't miss out on this opportunity...

This is one of the best examples of this rare pressings I have ever had the pleasure of owning!!!  The Classic black/silver 1st press 'matt' Track Records Centre Labels are in great condition!!! They have NO Tears, NO Scribbles. NO lifting or Bubbling and NO unwanted writing of any kind to whatsoever - just some occasional light spindle lines and that's it!!! The thick & chunky super heavy 1st press vinyl is also in superb condition!!! It has NO Scratches, NO scuffing, NO Groovewear and NO warping!!! For a UK 1st Press Track Record Who's Next to look & play like this is virtually impossible!!!!  There are just the occasional wispy surface lines that are almost invisible unless holding the record angled toward a window. These in no way effect the playing of this superb record and are simply caused by removing the disc from its inner sleeve. The thick quality pressed chunky 1970's vinyl looks and feels great (it is very heavy!) This record easily grades as Excellent even by our own strict grading standards (most would grade much higher).

The1st press Macneill un-laminated sleeve is in super condition!!!  Always carefully check before buying the sleeve as many sellers try to pass of later Clout & Baker sleeves as 1st issues - they are not. The MacNeill sleeve was the ONLY sleeve that came with the true UK 1st pressing of this album!!! This sleeve is in superb condition which is super rare as most suffered severe damage due to non lamination!!! However this one stands up very well indeed!!! It has retained all it stiffness (not gone floppy and lifeless like most around today) and has NO Tears, No Seam splitting and virtually NO feathering of the opening edge!! There are NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing of any kind!!! Importantly, there is virtually NONE of the ring wear that blighted this sleeve (especially on the black back side)!!! There is very little seam wear and just light wear to the corners!!!  The sleeve lies perfectly FLAT with and a good strong spine with perfectly legible spine text!!!  A beautiful cover which easily grades as a Very Good+ if not better!!! Believe me, like all our other vinyl's this is in no way over-graded!!! Now we get to the all-important mega rare headhunters inner sleeve and what can I say - it is in beautiful condition with NO seam-splitting and NO scribbles/stains/ writing etc.!!! It lays perfectly flat with NO nasty creases!!! Importantly, the inner poly lining is still FIRMLY attached!!! The opening edge is perfectly straight and flat with NO feathering!!! This very rare inner sleeve easily grades as Excellent+!!! When I purchased the album, the record was immediately removed from the headhunters sleeve and housed in a replacement poly-lined inner sleeve, and the empty headhunters sleeve was safely tucked away back inside the outer sleeve, which is how this LP will come shipped to you.

We strictly adhere to it and will only offer refunds (minus the postage AND our eBay costs) if we are satisfied that we have fallen below UK record collector grading standards. This will very rarely, if ever, happen. We will always leave feedback upon receipt of feedback.
