Firstly, unfortunately this is not a museum piece. It has obviously been played a lot, and probably been to a few parties in its time. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult to get hold of a copy of this, so you might just be interested anyway.
The vinyl is only G+. It plays through, but with a crackle. There are plenty of marks on the vinyl, most not too bad, but a good few clicks here and there.
The labels are reasonably clean, but someone has added "1" and "2" in felt pin to the respective side's labels.
The sleeve looks far worse than it is. It is all there, with no rips or tears, apart from a little damage inside the sleeve where the bottom seam has become unglued. This would be invisible if the sleeve was re-glued. Probably because the glue was failing, the sleeve has been taped heavily around the edges at some time. Although that tape has been removed and caused no damage at all, there remains a good deal of residue. Again, with a little care and the right chemicals (would lighter fluid to the trick?) this could be removed. With a little work, this sleeve would be a strong VG.
A decent gap filler, and the sleeve is certainly salvagable.
