Description
A great opportunity to buy an ORIGINAL copy of a VINYL LP from the 1960’s by The Who called "A Quick One."
This is a U.K. pressing released in 1966 on the Reaction label (593002)(mono). It has a total of 10 tracks (see photos for track listing).
This is an early pressing copy with the matrix numbers 593002 A/2 (side 1) and 593002 B/1 (side 2).
The vinyl is in a clean and shiny VERY GOOD condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and there are many light surface marks evident, but thankfully nothing too serious.
I have played both sides in their entirety and there is just a very light crackle noticeable on the run-in grooves of both sides and occasionally between the tracks. It does not stick or jump and the mono sound quality is very acceptable and it makes great listening.
There are some spindle marks noticeable on both labels when tilted towards the light, otherwise the labels are clean and free from any writing, stickers or major defects.
The record is perfectly flat and has no warps of any description.
The record is housed in a plain inner sleeve in a VERY GOOD condition, with only minor creasing.
The laminated (front and back) picture cover is in an EXCELLENT condition. The edges and spine are still strong (particularly the opening edge) and the text on the spine is clearly readable (see photo). There is some very minor creasing on the laminate, noticeable in places when tilted towards the light. The rear cover has some faint ring-wear in places.
