I think this is a very RARE clean copy in COLLECTABLE condition. I grade them both visually and spot-play them.

I double pack all records very carefully with record & sleeve out side of cover, then in a cardboard package , then in a padded mailer so you receive it in the same condition.

I do my best to only list and describe records I feel are in VG or better based on the goldmine standards of record grading and I do NOT deal with garbage records. I do my best to be as accurate as possible on what I think they look like, although I am only human and we all have an opinion. I DO inspect the items and give my honest opinion on the condition and list flaws that I notice based on my 18 years of selling and appraising records, although this is only my opinion and the actual condition is for you to decide as you are bidding, buying, or offering based on this item being in USED condition.
