Description

With Swedish Polydor importing the German version of A Quick One lp, punters received a few bonus tracks (Happy Jack and I’m a boy singles … I think), but were deprived of So sad about us and the title track. This was rectified by the release of this Sweden only ep, where the 9:20 A quick one is split in a Part 1 and 2 and accompanied by So sad about us. This is a wonderful item, but unfortunately not in the best nick. If not for a burn mark both record and sleeve would be a very decent Vg to Vg+. However, the record has been close to something warm, and there are traces of two burn marks on the back of the sleeve (see scan), and also a burn mark on side one of the record, leaving odd noises in Part 1 of A quick one. Still a colourful addition to any collection, at a low price, and the mighty So Sad About Us plays greatly.

 

Strict grading, please check my seller feedback. I don’t use Mint or Mint Minus, as I usually don’t deal in uncirculated records. My gradings are Ex (only the tiniest hint of previous use), Vg+ (used, but still a great copy), Vg (been used quite a bit, but still enjoyable), Vg- (still ok, sort of, but beginning to deteriorate), G+ (noisy but still playable, sleeve still in one peace but not very nice looking). All gradings: record first, then sleeve. No Ex+, no Ex-, no Vg++ etc.
