Can case is in EX condition.(a promo stamp mark(Japan Gramophone) on the back.)
Disc is in EX/EX+/EX/EX(Side A/B/C/D) condition.
(a defect(torn) on a part of 1 page in the insert.)

MINT= almost same as a new article
EX+= there are some slight marks, no noise
EX= Although there are external crack and noise, but it is almost good
