THE WHO - LIVE AT LEEDS. TAIWAN ONLY ISSUE. 1970.
SERIAL PRC 5070.
"FEMALE PSYCHEDELIC SLEEVE".
This is one of the rarest issues of Live at leeds. Taiwan pressings were packaged in notoriously cheap paper sleeves, coated in a very thin layer of plastic, so they usually got destroyed very quickly. In fact, the packaging was so cheap, that if you look inside the sleeve, youcan see it was printed on the other side of a Taiwan Tom Jones LP (PRC 5081)!! That's what I call cost cutting! This one has survived amazingly well. The paper sleeve is fully intact, and even the thin plastic coating is intact, with just a small split on one edge. Unbelievable. But the best thing about this copy is the vinyl. It's in an Excellent condition, with just a FEW of the faintest surface marks imaginable, only visible when held under lights, at the right angle. Take a look at the pictures. In over 20 years of collecting, I have only seen 3 copies of this album, and they were in a truly sorry state. I doubt there is a better copy of this in existence. Any collectors looking for this extremely rare album would be delighted with this copy. You simply WONT find a better one.
