On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Who called 'Live At Leeds' and is an ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1st Pressing on 1st Press Track label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A 100% GENIUNE 1970 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING!!!!  GENIUNE 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP ARE INCREDIBLY TOUGH TO LOCATE - AND ARE VERY VERY DIFFERENT TO LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  THESE 1ST PRESSINGS WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED FOR A VERY VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME - AND FINDING A GENIUNE 1970 1ST PRESSING THESE DAYS IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!!  AND THERE IS SOME VERY IMPORTANT DIFFERENCES - WHICH IDENTIFY THIS LP AS A 100% GENIUNE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING - WHICH I WILL EXPLAIN BELOW!!!!

FIRSTLY (AND MOST OBVIOUSLY) THE GATEFOLD COVER HAS THE RAREST (AND EARLIEST) 'BLACK' PRINT ON THE COVER FRONT - AND THIS CAME BEFORE THE MORE COMMON RED OR BLUE PRINT.  SECONDLY THE MATRIX ENDINGS ON THE RECORD ARE A//1 B//1!!!!  THE VAST MAJORITY OF COPIES OF THIS LP THAT TURN UP - ARE A//3 B//3 - AND ARE LATER PRESSINGS.  FINDING A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP WITH A//1 B//1 MATRIX ENDINGS IS VERY RARE INDEED!!!!  THIRDLY THERE IS SOME VERY IMPORTANT DIFFERENCES IN THE INSERTS!!!!  THIS EARLIEST 1ST PRESSING HAS THE COMPLETE SET OF INSERTS (INCLUDING THE ULTRA RARE 'MARQUEE' POSTER - WHICH IS MINT), - BUT THERE ARE 2 INSERTS OUT OF THE 12 THAT ARE VERY DIFFERENT TO LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  BOTH THE 'PREMIER TALENTS' INSERT AND THE 'HIGH NUMBERS CONCERT DATES/FEES' INSERTS SHOULD BOTH BE ON YELLOW PAPER (LATER ONES ARE WHITE).  AND ALL THE OTHER INSERTS ARE FAR FAR BETTER QUALITY THAN THE LATER ONES WITH MUCH CLEARER PRINT (LATER ONES ARE FAR MORE 'FADED') AND ARE ON MORE 'TEXTURED' BETTER QUALITY PAPER (LATER ONES ARE NOT!!!!).   HOWEVER THE RAREST PART OF THIS SET - IS THAT IT STILL HAS ITS ORIGINAL 'TRACING PAPER' BAG (SEE PICTURES) THAT THE INSERTS FIRST CAME IN!!!!  THIS BAG IS SO OFTEN LOST, SPLIT OR BADLY DAMAGED - BUT THIS ONE IS VIRTUALLY 'AS NEW' - WITH NO SPLITS, AND NO DAMAGE AT ALL!!!!  AND THIS ULTRA RARE 'TRACING PAPER' BAG' ONLY APPLIED TO 1ST PRESSINGS ONLY - AS LATER ONES WERE CONTAINED IN 'CLEAR PLASTIC' ONES!!!!  IT IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A 100% GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP WITH ITS ORIGINAL 'INSERT' BAG!!!!  THESE MAY BE SMALL DIFFERENCES - BUT PUT ALTOGETHER THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN SHOWING A 100% GENIUNE 1970 1ST PRESSING - AND ALL THESE ULTRA RARE DIFFERENCES MAKES THIS LP ONE OF THE RAREST WHO LPS EVER MADE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS TRACK LABEL, 1ST PRESS A//1 B//1 MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS FULL SET OF INSERTS, 1ST PRESS INSERT 'TRACING PAPER' BAG, AND 1ST PRESS 'BLACK PRINT' GATEFOLD STAPLED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK Track 1st pressing from 1970 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 2406 001 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Track labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Who at their best!!!! Any fan of The Who, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in AWESOME condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS AWESOME!!!!  It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Excellent++++ if not MINT(Minus)!!!!  AWESOME RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! THE MEGA RARE COMPLETE SET OF THE EARLIEST 1ST PRESS 12 INSERTS (& POSTER) - ARE IN AMAZING MINT(MINUS) CONDITION AND STILL HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL AND ULTRA RARE 'TRACING PAPER' INSERT BAG!!!!  The 1st Press Gatefold 'Black Print' MacNeill Press Cover is in GREAT condition!!!!  It has barely ANY edge wear AT ALL, only VERY slight corner wear (VERY nice shape to ALL corners), only a few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! The staples are firmly in place and NOT rusty!!!!  Even the inside is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, NO rips, NO rubbing and NO yellowing (apart from a small area on the inside spine)!!!! The only VERY minor thing to mention is the spine.  For the most part the spine only has ULTRA light wear ONLY and is virtually UNNOTICEABLE!!!!  However there is a VERY small area in the middle of the spine has VERY slightly more wear (though still virtually UNNOTICEABLE) and there has possibly been a VERY minor repair (NO tape) at this point.  However this really is (as I have mentioned twice before!) VERY unnoticeable indeed and the spine is PERFECTLY strong!!!!  And overall this cover really is a GREAT conditioned cover - and is MILES better than the usual ripped, torn and heavily damaged examples that turn up for sale!!!!  It is EXTREMELY presentable indeed and as I just mentioned is MUCH better than most which turn up - and is simply IMPOSSIBLE to find with the ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' Black Print on the cover front!!!!. The cover MUST strictly grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!!  THIS LP HAS AN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME RECORD, AN AMAZING SET OF INSERTS AND A GREAT CONDITIONED COVER OF THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' VARIATION!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
