Front Cover: NEAR MINT, Back Cover: STRONG VG++, Vinyl: NEAR MINT, Labels: STRONG VG++. FIRST PRESSING 1965 MONO LP RECORD/MADE in ENGLAND/Thin laminated cover/DEEP GROOVE Pressing! KILLER SIXTIES BEAT ALBUM! The MOD MOVEMENT starts right here! An absolutley SEMINAL SIXTIES ROCK ALBUM is this DEBUT RELEASE by THE BLEEDING WHO! The title track defined an entire generation! MY GENERATION! This one's in BEAUTIFUL SHAPE! There is some age discoloration and some tiny color spots on the back cover where the autographs are. Oh, yes, the AUTOGRAPHS! Here is how I got them. In 1967 I was a disc jockey on an FM station [playing Jazz, Blues and some Rock] and had an arrangement with BILL GRAHAM for free passes and backstage priveleges to all the Fillmore Auditorium shows! Yes, I was on the "permanent come" list at the door! As I recall, this was just one week after the MONTEREY POP FESTIVAL in 1967 and THE WHO were playing the original FILLMORE. I was in the foyer just behind the back stage door to the side of the stage when they came out to go up onstage. I spoke to them briefly and told them how much I loved their music. I had their first two English albums which kind of surprised them, to see those records in the States! After a very brief conversation I asked them to sign the first album for me. PETE TOWNSHEND went first and personally inscribed it to me! As I handed it to KEITH MOON you could hear BILL GRAHAM begin their introduction from the stage, MOONIE wisked off a quickie signature of his first and last names. I shoved it at JOHN ENTWISTLE who scribbled a very quick "JOHN". Then ROGER DALTRY frantically ran past me as BILL GRAHAM said "Here they are, from ENGLAND, THE WHO"! Aw shucks, no DALTREY signature. Well, OK, because they then completely blew me away with a FANTASTIC SET of music and a STUNNING SMASHING OF THEIR INSTRUMENTS at the end; smoke bombs and all! WHAT A NIGHT! This is a ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME CHANCE to add this incredible item to your personal collection! AS A BONUS, I am including the MINT SHEET MUSIC for MY GENERATION! WOW! PERFECT for TRUE FANS and COLLECTORS! This album is in FANTASTIC and BEAUTIFUL NEAR MINT condition! [The vinyl has been graded under a bright light and looks great.  Just some light surface scuffs on the vinyl which still shines like a new record!  The labels show spindle wear, I guess I just did not have good aim as a young man.  But I always took very good care of my records.] SURE TO PLEASE!
