These records are in excellent condition. There are some spindle marks on each of the labels but not an excessive amount. There are pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere with just a few faint marks on side 1 of record 1. The centres show minimal wear and are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape but do have a minor amount of spindle marks as mentioned.
As for the vinyl itself, all four sides are free from anything nasty or deep and have a lovely lustre. There is some light lines in places however and minor signs of use to each side. There is certainly nothing nasty, that can be felt or that stands out but there is a few light lines in parts and minor sleeve marks showing. There is also a few faint 'streaky' or blotchy lines(caused by the poly-lined inners over time no doubt). Overall both record are in very nice condition on the whole with some light signs of use but nothing at all major.
I play tested both the records and they played well with nice audio clarity throughout. They both lay flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. The audio produced on all four sides was closer to a grade of EX+ in my opinion with no serious interference to mention. There is the odd faint splutter of surface noise in places and the occasional minor noise but certainly nothing disruptive. Overall all four sides play very well with just very slight traces of surface noise or splutters in parts(run ins, intros etc).
The gatefold sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has some wear and rubbing to the edges and corners but there are no splits and the text on the spine is still all legible. There are no tears or pen marks on the sleeve but there is a small sticker on the front in the top left corner and a sticker removal mark in the opposite top corner. Other than these, and the light edge wear there is no major issues to the front and rear with just light ring marks, slight grubbiness in places and the odd minor crease.
Inside the gatefold has its original picture booklet present but this has some damage around the staples and has come loose(from inside the first page). So inside the gatefold has no serious levels of grubbiness but do have small tears/areas of damage around the staples where the (heavy)booklet has broken free from the first/last page. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains one of its original plain white poly-lined inners which is in very good+ condition with some discolouring, light creasing and general signs of age. The other is unfortunately missing. Both record will be sent in brand new plain white replacements however to ensure they remain clean and fresh.
