Inner cover signed by Pete Townsend to Michael.He lives next door to the Star and Garter ex servicemen's home in Richmond .The maintenance manager of the Star and Garter home knew Pete Townsend manager and got it signed for me so is absolutely genuine signature check on line to compare and satisfy yourself.The Album was signed back in the late 1990s

The PLAYING SURFACES ARE IN MY OPINION IN MINT CONDITION.

The cover has some water marks on the back and the inner pages have separated but overall not too bad condition.

This album was never sold in a shop it came directly to me from Track records as a friend of mine did the artwork on the covers.
