Description
THE WHO QUADROPHENIA
Track UK 2xLP VG
Track 2406110
Slightly later press with shiny Track Labels.
Gatefold SLEEVE is slightly rippled,
probably from being damp & badly stored
but generally VG condition.
Record 1, LABELS are EX+ condition,
VINYL has a noticeable hairline scuff
but is generally nr EX condition.
Record 2 has a very nasty scuff on 1 side but
plays pretty well & generally VG+ condition.
Both records have been professionally cleaned
& play tested well.
Booklet inside the sleeve is mainly missing
with just the 2 outer pages. item 829
For accurate play grading (like all my records)
This record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable
fitted with a Goldring stylus,
Listened to through full range SD Acoustics speakers
that have superb response and definition on all frequencies,
with a Quad Amp set-up.
For accurate visual grade (like all my records)
This record has been professionally cleaned using an
Okki Nokki cleaning machine.
First clean with purified water and isopropanol alcohol and
finished off with L'art du son / purified water mix.
The alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have
from the manufacturing stage, this hides detail in the sound.
The l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness
in the alcohol water mix.
