Up for auction from my personal collection is an outstandingly clean and rare stereo copy ofThe Who Sings My Generation.  This was the first Who LP released in the US by Decca, and contains the hits, “MyGeneration” and “The Kids Are Alright” plus two James Brown covers.

The vinyl is pretty glossy with only one visible paper scratch and some light spotting onside two, tracks 2 & 3.  I play tested the vinyl and these marks do NOT really affect play.  There’s some occasional surface noise audible in between a few of the tracks which is consistent with an LP of this age, but no skips or loud pops occur during playback on my Technics turntable.  I’d conservatively rate this LP in Excellent++ to Mint- condition.  The LP’s labels look almost like new with very vibrant colors in the rainbow bars on both sides.

The thick cover is in great condition for its age with no rips or tears and the spine and edges are still solid.  The front cover colors look deep and rich.  The back cover has some lite overall yellowing and some age spots and scuffs, but it still looks great.  The original inner sleeve is also included and is in near mint condition.

The imperfections described above are very hard to photograph, but please review the photos carefully for condition details. The large visible lines in the photos are really light streaking in through my window blinds.
