On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Who called "The Who Sell Out" and is an ORIGINAL 1967 MONO UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Track label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE WHOS RAREST EVER LPS AND BARELY EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE TRACK LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL STICKER & 'PSYCHEDELIC' POSTER!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  BACK IN 1967 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, ONLY THE FIRST 500 MONO 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE - EVER CAME WITH A POSTER, AND MAKE THIS THE RAREST WHO LP EVER MADE!!!!  JUST HOW MANY OF THE ORIGINAL 500 MONO 1ST PRESSINGS (WITH POSTER!) STILL EXIST TODAY IS DIFFICULT TO KNOW FOR SURE - THOUGH IT IS CERTAIN TO BE VERY VERY FEW INDEED!!!!  MOST OF THE POSTERS WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST OR USED OVER THE YEARS - NEVER TO BE FOUND AGAIN!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL, THAT BARELY ANY OF THE ORIGINAL 500 MONO 1ST PRESSINGS WHICH DID ORIGINALLY COME WITH A POSTER - CAN POSSIBLY EXIST WITH THEIR ORIGINAL POSTER TODAY!!!!  

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS TRACK LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESS 'PSYCHEDELIC' POSTER, AND 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' FULLY LAMINATED 'STICKERED' MONO 'PATENTS PENDING' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Track UK 1st Pressing from 1967 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is 612 002 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Track Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 3 or 4 VERY light hairlines, only 3 or 4 light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  The record plays with NO pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  THE ULTRA RARE POSTER IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION - WITH NO PINHOLES, NO RIPS, NO TEARS, ONLY A FEW LIGHT CREASES, THE USUAL MINOR WEAR ALONG THE FOLD LINES, SOME GRUBBYNESS TO THE REVERSE OF THE POSTER, AND NO MAJOR STRUCTURAL DEFECTS!!!!  A VERY NICE POSTER INDEED!!!!

Interestingly the poster is marginally different to those I have encountered in the past (though 99.9% of people would never EVER notice it!).  Firstly let me say I believe it to be completely ORIGINAL from 1967 - and certainly it is NOT one of those dodgy recent 're-issues' from 2006!!!!  However, the only difference I noticed was the back is not textured.  Now the poster is clearly VERY old indeed, with a grubby back, a couple of ULTRA faint stains, a few creases, and other age related wear that simply cannot be 'faked' (like the natural wear along the fold lines for example).  The poster also smells slightly of tobacco (but only if you put your nose right to it - it doesnt badly pong!) and is VERY obviously VERY old indeed!!!!  It also has a VERY faint notation on the back of the poster (which I have tried to take a picture of - see picture) - which says 'To Pamela, Christmas 1967' in pencil - which is so faint, it took me 2 or 3 days to even notice it.  This again has almost faded away to NOTHING - simply through age.  So although I havent encountered a 'shiny backed' poster before - there are far FAR more details giving this poster provenance to be completely ORIGINAL from 1967!!!!  That said - I wanted to be completely honest and upfront about it, as I certainly dont want any returns, and want to make every single detail clear to buyers!!!!  So in short - this poster still looks BRILLIANT, is clearly very VERY old indeed, and I personally cant see ANY reason AT ALL why this isnt the ORIGINAL 1st Press poster from 1967!!!

The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'E.J.Day' FULLY Laminated 'Stickered' MONO 'Patents Pending' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The cover has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), VERY shiny laminate, only a thin line of laminate lifting along the spinal edge, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the laminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 'Sticker' is in SUPERB condition - with only some VERY minor grubbyness (see pictures)!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
