On offer here is a VERY rare Double LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Who called "Tommy" and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Matt' Track labels!!!!  THIS AMAZING DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE WHO'S RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs EVER - AND ALMOST NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE (AS A 1ST PRESSING!)!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS DOUBLE LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS 100% COMPLETE AND IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE WITH SOME AMAZING DIFFFERENCES THAT ALL LATER PRESSINGS SIMPLY NEVER HAD!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS DOUBLE LP!!!!  THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE OF THIS DOUBLE LP WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND ARE VERY VERY DIFFERENT TO ALL LATER PRESSINGS - WITH SOME AMAZING DIFFERENCES!!!!  THIS ULTRA RARE 1969 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING WAS ONLY EVER PRESSED FOR AN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNT OF TIME LIKE THIS (ONLY A FEW WEEKS ONLY!) - BEFORE THIS DOUBLE LP WAS RADICALLY CHANGED!!!!  I WILL EXPLAIN THE VERY IMPORTANT DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A 100% GENIUNE 1969 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING AND ALL LATER PRESSINGS: 

FIRSTLY THIS ULTRA RARE 1969 'EARLIEST' UK 1ST PRESSING HAS A LAMINATED TRIPLE 'FOLD OUT' E.J.DAY 'PATENTS PENDING' GATEFOLD COVER (LATER ONES ARE UNLAMINATED) WHICH NATURALLY LOOKS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN THE COMMON POORER QUALITY UNLAMINATED COVERS THAT FOLLOWED!!!!  SECONDLY IT HAS A NUMBERED BOOKLET (LATER ONES HAVE NO NUMBER) - WITH A 'STAMPED' NUMBER IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE BOOKLET (SEE PICTURE!)!!!!  THIRDLY THE 1ST PRESS 'MATT' TRACK LABELS HAVE 1ST PRESS 'DOUBLE ALBUM' TEXT (LATER PRESSINGS DONT HAVE THIS!), AND NO 'SET NUMBER' TEXT (LATER ONES DO!)!!!!  FOURTHLY - EVERY SINGLE PART OF THIS DOUBLE LP HAS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS CAT NUMBER - WITH 1ST PRESS '613 013/4' TRACK CAT NUMBERS ON THE COVER, THE RECORD LABELS AND THE MATRIXES (LATER ONES DONT HAVE THIS!)!!!!  AND LASTLY THIS DOUBLE LP HAS 1ST PRESS A//1 B//1 A//1 B//1 MATRIXES ON EACH SIDE OF THE RECORDS, AND BOTH RECORDS ARE PRESSED ON MEGA THICK QUALITY VINYL (LATER ONES ARE MUCH THINNER)!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING OF THIS DOUBLE LP YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS DOUBLE LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION - AND IS A VERY DECENT EXAMPLE INDEED, WITH NO MAJOR DEFECTS AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'MATT' TRACK LABELS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVES, 1ST PRESS 'DOUBLE ALBUM' LABEL TEXT, 1ST PRESS A/1 B/1 A/1 B/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS 'NUMBERED' BOOKLET (AN INCREDIBLY LOW NUMBERED '21275'!), AND 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' TRIPLE GATEFOLD LAMINATED 'PATENTS PENDING' COVER!!!!  THIS AMAZING DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A 100% GENIUNE 1969 UK 1ST PRESSING WITH ALL THE INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT 1ST PRESS DETAILS GIVEN ABOVE (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Track UK 1st Pressing from 1969 and is in GREAT condition!!!!  The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is 613 013/4 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Matt' Track Labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels on BOTH records are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl to BOTH records is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s Double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and BOTH records have NO nasty deep feelable scratches, only 3 or 4 VERY small surface marks, NO scufflines, only 3 or 4 light hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINE LIKE NEW!!!!  It is great to find that the records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, only a few VERY light clicks (though mostly NONE!), NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  One record is also fractionally uneven (barely ANY!) - though this does not affect play in slightest!!!!  The records must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!!  A VERY DECENT SET OF RECORDS INDEED!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!!  Brillant!!!!  The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeves which are both in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The 1st Press NUMBERED Booklet (see picture) is in BRILLIANT condition with NO rips, NO tears, NO writing, barely ANY grubbyness AT ALL, NO splits, NO loose pages, and only some VERY minor 'ruffling'!!!!  A VERY DECENT NUMBERED BOOKLET INDEED!!!!  The 'Earliest' 1st Press 'E.J.Day' Triple Gatefold Laminated 'Patents Pending' Cover is in GREAT condition - and is very VERY decent indeed, with NO major defects AT ALL!!!!  The cover has NO splits, only some almost INVISIBLE 'touching in' traces to the VERY edges, NO nasty heavy visible edge wear AT ALL, NO spinal wear (apart from some almost INVISIBLE 'touching in' traces to the VERY edge of the spine ONLY, NO rips, NO tears, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO writing impressions on the laminate, NO nasty deep indentations, possible VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to the corner tips, shiny laminate, NO annotations, only a minor laminate record impression on the cover back, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), NO pinholes, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges & fold-out edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the unlaminated inside of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good+ if not better and is very VERY presentable indeed, with NO major defects AT ALL!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AS A 100% GENIUNE 1969 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING, AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND 100% COMPLETE WITH A VERY LOW NUMBERED BOOKLET INDEED(!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
