Description
THE WHO my generation ORIGINAL BLACK BRUNSWICK ALBUM, released in 1965, on the BRUNSWICK record label, catalogue number LAT.8616 (matrix numbers MG-10256-2B & MG-10257-2B).
Record sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, flat super clean front cover, solid and totally complete, with no rips!! No tears!! No writing!! And no sleeve creases!!! Spine is nice and tight with all the print clearly visible!!!!
I will describe what sleeve faults, I can observe, what I will add is that I’m being supercritical AND THESE ARE ALL MINOR!! BUT MENTIONED!! Front sleeve has some small tiny spider like laminate creases, mostly around the record sleeve edges, and a few small very light ones on the front sleeve, again these are all small ultra light SURFACE ONLY!! Laminate creases, absolutely none will show up on the super size pictures. The back cover has some surface wear (due to age and handling), and looks a little dull around the outer edges, strange slight mark next to “it’s not true” track title, don’t know what is, looks like some kind of cover pressing fault?

Record comes with the original protective lined inner sleeve.
Record labels are EXCELLENT+ all the print is clearly visible, no spindle hole wear!! Spindle hole marks indicate moderate to light playing. The record playing surfaces are like new with super rich bright original sheen, like glass!! However! There are some surface marks evident, there are a few (and I mean a few!) ultra feather light surface scuffs, there is also a small group cluster of six very small more prominent looking surface marks on track two and track three on side one, with one that you can feel slightly. I have played the record over the surface mark a few times, and there is only a very slight faint light background click, which is barely audible. Apart from this the record plays excellent++ throughout superb rich original sound, with no crackles, no other clicks, no surface noise, and no jumps!!!
