Description
THE WORKSHOP S/T ’72 XPL-1030 Private Press Folk/Psych EX Vinyl RARE
No label, catalog number XPL-1030, a self-titled one-off from a group called The Workshop. I believe the label may be On Records, home of the mysterious D.R. Hooker; his LP The Truth has the catalog number XPL-1029. Came out the same year, too. Dunno, but it’s possible, I guess. Anyhoo this is a fine, fairly large ensemble record with folk, rock, psych, a jazzy feel on a few tunes. Quite good and certainly pretty rare. Cover is VG+, a bit of general wear, a one-inch split top at opening. Vinyl EX, very nice, a pop here and a click there; that’s about it. Cleaned on the VPI. Bid with confidence. Thanks, have fun and good luck.
