Description

This is an original 1980 Miami Tape pressing of what I think is the only vinyl release from South Florida punk band The Wrap. A-side is a punk power pop original titled "Let Me Go", B-side is a speeded-up version of "She's Not There" by The Zombies retitled "He's Not There"! Lead vocalist Cindy Ward does a pretty awesome Chrissie Hynde impression, the band plays fast, and the record's got tight, in-your-face production that makes it a very listenable "forgotten punk" record. The record was rarely-played and well-kept. Original sleeve is in very good shape, showing normal wear from storage. Vinyl has a very small warped spot on the very outer edge. I didn't notice it when playing, but I did notice it when photographing (see last photo above). It is very slight and doesn't affect playback. The record is otherwise in excellent condition with no deep scratches or other flaws. I played it through a few times, and it sounds clean with no loud pops or noise. Somebody should put this record on a Killed By Death compilation. Are they even making those anymore? Am I old?
