Description

THE YARDBIRDS - 'HAVING A RAVE UP WITH THE YARDBIRDS.' MONO!
USA 1st pressing on yellow EPIC labels. LN 24177 (1966).
First issue matrix and superb USA card/paper slick sleeve.
Nice example with the vinyl in EX condition. The mono mix is superb.

Yardbirds rarity. The recording debut of Jeff Beck after he replaced Eric Clapton in the group. Killer guitar throughout.

USA card/slick sleeve grades full VERY GOOD (VG) to VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) condition. Intact, fully legible spine and font/text. No separation at the sleeve seams. Front of sleeve is in clean and solid condition with only very light signs of age and handling wear and some age discolouration towards the edges. Rear sleeve is more grubby looking and has an unfortunate area of writing in yellow pen. There are no other issues. There are no deletion holes and no seam splits. Solid overall shape.

The very glossy and deep black vinyl and labels grade EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) maybe better.
I (and many others) would consider this album a major rarity in this condition. To find a cleaner one could be a life's work and a very expensive outlay. I have been the custodian of this treasured copy for about 20 years.

In all a great example of this very rare and influential psych/rock album.

Get your bids in early folks, to avoid disappointment. Bidders will remain anonymous to others. Please take a look at some of my other rare LP listings.
