Original 1967 Canada stereo press of LP on gold Elektra label
THE ZODIAC COSMIC SOUNDS
CONDITION:
cover: VG++ to Excellent
faint shelf wear/soiling ~ tiny wear/fray to edges & corners ( small bump to upper right corner)
vinyl: VG+(+)
clean & glossy ~lite groovewear & several small lite marks/ smudges & a few lite multi-track
hairline scratches & needlemarks ~ all superficial surface ~
plays excellent,but, with a few odd occasional lite clicks and ~ as with many of the gold Elektras~
some lite surface noise & surface crackle in quiet a few spots ~ not really overwhelming, but, noticeable
cult 60s counterculture artifact that was the first commercial recording to feature the moog synthesizer
~ interdispursed with sitar, haunting harpsichord & a few 60s guitar licks!
According to Joynson's psych reference "Fuzz, Acid & Flowers"
this was a Mort Garson project & features Cyrus Faryar on vocals (mostly just narrative)
