Very rare Mono 1st Press and one of the rarest psych LP's of all time!

SUPERB CONDITION, MONO EDITION OF THIS RECORD. THE MONO HARDLY EVER TURNS UP AND IS EXTREMELY RARE COMPARED TO THE STEREO EDITION THAT ITSELF IS HARD TO FIND. THE MONO WAS ONLY PRESSED IN VERY SMALL NUMBERS AND IS VERY HARD TO FIND, ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION.

CONDITION

Labels : Rough textured orange CBS 1st Press labels. Both sides are excellent with no real signs of age. Just two or three very light spindle marks.

Record : Visual 

Superb original UK 1st Press Vinyl. Nice bright, clean and shiny with no marks or scratches only a few very light, wispy sleeve traces visible under strong light. Conservatively grades overall visually at least as EX+ and more realistically like NM.

Record : Audio 

The record plays with fantastic mono clarity. It sounds superb with no pops, distortion, clicks or sticks. Only has the merest touch of low level static in the few places such as the run in grooves and in maybe one or two of the silences between some of the tracks, but that's about it. Again, conservatively grades at least as EX+

Sleeve :  

Original UK 1st press front laminated "E.J Day" CBS sleeve complete with original advertisement inner. This one is excellent, especially considering the age and the fragile nature of these sleeves. There are no tears, stains or any significant seam wear. Only has some minimal signs of ageing such as a small amount of edge creases, though nothing that stands out to note at all. This is the best i've seen for this record. It remains strong, solid, unsplit, unspoilt, unstained, with a solid, and 100% readable spine. Must grade overall at the least as EX+.


A fantastic example of this very rare classic Mono 1st Press LP. It's hard to find in any condition, but especially so in a condition a nice as this one.
