Description

Greetings!  And thank you for visiting this auction from the PTA Thrift Shop!

You are bidding on the following 12" 33rpm LP record:

THELONIOUS MONK: 5 By Monk By 5 Riverside Records RS 9305  RLP 905 (record has both numbers on the back of the jacket- see pics)

Jacket is EX-NM (brand new, sealed copy with only a minor ding on the lower left hand corner (see pics).  Beyond that, beautiful jacket, sealed with no seam splits!)

Record is MINT (Since the vinyl is sealed and appears to have been never removed, we have to assume it is in perfect shape.  It appears perfectly flat and no indications of any damage inside)

MONO version

If you are a fan of Thelonious Monk, you should definitely take a moment to check out our other auctions!

We have tried to be VERY conservative in our record grading, and everyone who has purchased a record from us in the past several months has been very pleased.  We hope you will be as well!

We recently received a couple of very nice record collections as a donation to our store, and we will be listing some of those albums and singles on our EBAY page over the next few weeks.  Please read the auction listings and descriptions carefully.  Since we are far from experts on any of this, everything is being sold AS IS so please bid accordingly.  However, we have tried to be as thorough as possible with these listings as we want all of our buyers to be completely satisfied.  If you have any specific questions regarding anything with either the jacket or the record, please contact us and we'll do our very best to provide as much info as possible.

Buyer pays shipping.  We're always happy to combine shipping.  If you win multiple auctions, please wait until we send an invoice before paying so that we can offer you the lowest possible combined shipping cost.

Please take a moment to check out our other auctions as well for other interesting and unusual items.

Founded in 1952, the PTA Thrift Shop is based out of Carrboro, NC and has been in operation for over 60 years.  Each year we donate every cent of our net profits to the local school system so that children will have access to arts programs, sports equipment, field trips and other items which their school's budget may not otherwise be able to cover.  You can read more about our organization on the official PTA Thrift Shop web site.

Your purchase will help support this great cause.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions and thank you for your support!
