Description
I have an extensive collection of mint, near mint (NM) and very good (VG) vinyl LPs, many of which are quite rare. Please search my listings for additional auctions, especially if you are a jazz or classical music lover. Bulk shipping rates will be calculated for you should you wish to bid on multiple items, so please request an invoice when you are through with your bidding. I am happy to hold your LPs aside until all your auctions have cleared. Shipping rates will be fair and based on weight simply to cover cost and materials.
This item is Riverside RLP 12-226. Deep groove both sides.
Thelonious Monk with Sonny Rollins, Ernie Henry and Clark Terry. Label is blue Riverside, Bill Grauer Productions (no "Inc.") Jacket is in very good condition, just a bit of age related yellowing and some ring wear but no tears. LP is VG+ condition and in a white paper sleeve inside the album cover. Some scuffing noted visually on LP. For serious jazz collectors, there is very slight crackle between tracks but any extraneous noise during play is negligible and certainly does not interfere with the enjoyment of the music. A very nice copy of a highly prized LP.
