Description

The product is a 10" vinyl record by jazz artist Thelonious Monk, titled "Plays" and released by Prestige. This high-fidelity first edition LP, pressed in the 1950s, features instrumental jazz music played on the piano. The record is in very good condition and comes in a cardboard sleeve, with a black vinyl matrix number of PRLP 189. This collectible item showcases Monk's unique style and is a must-have for jazz enthusiasts and vinyl collectors.

Record grades at a strong VG on side A and VG- on side B; there is a mark on side B that I've tried to capture in a photo. There are some light scuffs and scratches, though it looks like it's been handled well after all these years. Plays with some pops/static here and there. A good cleaning would probably boost the sound quality.

Sleeve is a VG+. Only thing I notice is some tape residue in the top left hand corner.
