  • Original blue note 1510  12"Deep Groove Edition...Mono Recording
  • RVG and Ear etched in trail-off wax.Engineered by Rudy Van Gelder
  •  47 WEST 63rd NYC address   1958 ISSUE

  • Vinyl Side 1 VG nice gloss-one tiny light scratch.Hardly any groove wear.The label is VG+
  • Vinyl Side 2 VG nice gloss-A few light scuffs.No groove wear to be seen.The label is VG+
  • There are occasional random tics, but overall the background sound is clean.It really plays very nicely.Nothing detracts from the sound.Excellent listening experience. 
  • Cover is worn with age but still firm.Top seam is split half way from upper right corner.And chips on the other half.Bottom seam has a 1" split from the opening.The spine has small splits and chips and a piece of white tape at the middle.The front is nice and has a fair amount of gloss.The corners show wear.The back cover has a name written in ink.
                Rare historically important album of Monk's genius.Offered as is.No Returns...Not perfect but an enjoyable listening experience.
