Description

PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.

CRAZY RARE Santa Maria pressing from 1976? on Mercury's skyscraper label with original Mercury inner sleeve!!!  LP is a gorgeous VG++/NM-.  Cover is just barely VG with a small top right hand corner promo clip and some ring.  Even has the original $3.99 HiFi Records (R.I.P.) price tag in the top right hand corner on the front cover from when I purchased this rarity around 28 years ago(!) at their Lincoln Park store here in Chicago.  THAT'S provenance.

I USE GOLDMINE GRADING MINT (SEALED)  NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++:  VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+:  AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG:  STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR:  FILLER COPY ONLY.  LOTS OF SCRATCHES
