THIRD EAR BAND, ALCHEMY, ORIGINAL 1969 UK HARVEST VINYL LP, INSTRUMENTAL ROCK

Third Ear Band – Alchemy
Third Ear Band were a British experimental rock and folk cross-culture band formed in London during the mid-1960s. Their line-up initially consisted of violin, cello, oboe and percussion. Most of their performances were instrumental and partly improvised. Nevertheless, their records for the Harvest label, Alchemy and Third Ear Band, achieved some popularity, after which they found some success creating soundtrack music for films.
Side One:  Mosaic; Ghetto Raga; Druid One; Stone Circle.
Side Two:  Egyptian Book Of The Dead; Area Three; Dragon Lines; Lark Rise.
The album is on Harvest Records, SHVL 756. Matrix side one: SHVL 756 A-1 (stamped). Matrix side two: SHVL 756 B-1 (stamped).
Released in 1969. UK pressing. Stereo.

Condition: (as Record Collector’s grading system)
Vinyl side 1: good (has quite a few noticeable marks and plays with a few light clicks and bit of light background crackle here and there but nothing that really spoils your enjoyment of the music, plays with no jumps or sticks).
Vinyl side 2: good (has quite a few noticeable marks and plays with a few light clicks and bit of light background crackle here and there but nothing that really spoils your enjoyment of the music, plays with no jumps or sticks).
Cover (front laminated, gatefold): good (has a few light creases and some corner and spine wear, small split on bottom edge, name written in ink and some light foxing on inside).
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.
Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler. Payment strictly by PayPal only. Postal discounts available for multiple purchases - Please email for details.  837 (GS 7.0.15 (837))
