THIRD EAR BAND ALCHEMY HARVEST SHVL 756 (UK) 1969 produced by Peter Jenner of Blackhill Enterprises ORIGINAL UK PSYCH FOLK PROG LP IN NEAR MINT CONDITION - an incredibly atmospheric underground masterpiece, unique and yet strangely typical of the era - extraordinarily magical, mystical and, yes, even trance-inducing - carries you into the deepest mysteries and most alchemical roots of folk music - far beyond anything ‘psych’ and way outside the already stretched boundaries of what would normally constitute ‘progressive’ rock - an amazing album with a sleeve to match - the record is super - in strong excellent to near mint condition with just a small number of those insignificant surface hairlines / paper scuffs - plays beautifully - original labels (no ‘EMI’ logo) are bright, clean and sharp with very little in the way of spindle wear - the quite stunningly beautiful black, white and copper, super-glossy laminated gatefold cover is near mint - tight seams and sharp edges like new - great spine with perfect, clear lettering and unbroken lamination (so often found split - not this one) - a few totally minor creases and two very lightly bumped corners - interior layout is superb - bright, snow white and sharp with a lovely ‘as-new’ smell - the original Harvest inner bag is in very clean, near mint condition - NO RESERVE
