"THE THIRTEENTH FLOOR ELEVATORS" **You're Gonna Miss Me b/w Tried To Hide** 1966 Single 45 rpm Copy With Original Sleeve On "RARE" Contact 5269 *Vinyl VG+ Condition*!

ORIGINAL SLEEVE - FAIR:  Original plain white label outer sleeve (with label hole) is nearly trashed, but still barely hanging in there.  Right seam is split almost top to bottom along with a moderate bottom edge split.  Mouth edge has considerable roughness, and original owner graffiti on top edge.  No rips or tears around the label hole but extremely rough overall.

NOTE: RECORD WILL BE SHIPPED INSIDE BRAND NEW GENERIC SLEEVE (See Last Frame Of Photo Gallery).  ORIGINAL SLEEVE WILL ALSO BE INCLUDED FOR HISTORIC COLLECTOR PURPOSES.

LABELS - EXCELLENT:  Labels are in excellent shape overall.  A hint of very light wear on both sides, otherwise, no scratches, tears or graffiti.  Very nice all around.

VINYL RECORD VG+:  The vinyl has light noticeable wear on both sides, but virtually no visible scratches or blemishes on either side.  Vinyl has no damage or defects, and plays back nicely.  Both sides are pretty clean and don't differ much audibly, but there is light to moderate+ noise in both intro and trail off areas.

BOTH SIDES OF THIS 45 WERE GRADED AUDIBLY, AND "LOUD" IN STEREO MODE SO THAT ANY AND ALL NOISE COULD BE DOCUMENTED FOR THIS DESCRIPTION.  NO HEADPHONES GRADING!

SIDE "A" You're Gonna Miss Me:  Light noise at intro.  A hit of very light "character" noise throughout, but nothing of a distracting nature.  Excellent sound and moderate noise in the trail off area.  I gave side "A" an "A-" audibly.  Sounds pretty nice during playback, with better than average sound quality. 

SIDE "B" Tried To Hide:  Moderate noise at intro.  Excellent overall sound with thumping bass & drums.  No particular noticeable noise throughout.  Moderate noise in the trail off area.  I gave side "B" an "A-" audibly also.  Sounds very similar to the "A" side.

SUMMARY:  The original sleeve is just plain rough, but the vinyl is in nice shape overall and is certainly clean enough for re-recording to another audio medium or for just plain fine listening.  The record is still pretty clean even though its been played numerous times.  Overall, pretty well cared for, its just been stashed away for many decades, since last played on a regular basis.
