Three Copies of the Brothers Johnson "Blam" Picture Disc
I first met the Brothers Johnson in the 1970s when the great Quincy Jones brought them to A&M Records. The Brothers Johnson were George ("Lightnin' Licks") and Louis E. ("Thunder Thumbs”) Johnson. Their initial success was driven by three singles, each topping the R&B charts ("I'll Be Good to You", "Strawberry Letter 23", and “Stomp!”). Offered here are THREE copies of the picture-disc version of their 3rd album, “Blam”.
Each of the three albums is the “Blam” LP Vinyl Picture Disc. They are each numbered as “Collector’s Edition” releases. One is numbered No. 4273, another is No. 6528, and another is No. 11948. Each is the complete album, featuring 8 tracks, including

3. "Blam!" - 4:55
4. "Rocket Countdown / Blastoff" - 0:51
5. "Ride-O-Rocket" - 4:43
6. "Mista' Cool" - 3:27

8. "Streetwave" - 5:09
On the cover side of each package are two stickers:
- One sticker has the title of the album, and the message “Special Collector’s Copy”; the other sticker has the Limited Edition Collector's Number of the specific disc, i.e., 4273, 6528 or 11948.
- On the other side of the package is a sticker with the album details, including the track listings for both sides. The selection number is the same for each: PR-4714. The copyright date is the same for each: 1978.
