TIME HAS GONE by

This is an original 7-inch roots reggae vinyl 45 from my own collection, pressed in Jamaica around 1976. Officially released on the Greek label, this is a RARE different pressing on the Rocket label with a handwritten title. Using pre-printed labels previously made for other records was a way independent Jamaican producers saved money on their releases. The record is in very good condition with no audible scratches or clicks. It has a red S marked in felt-tip encircled by black (please see photo). The B-side is a dub version of the vocal cut.
This track is rarely seen on eBay and was imported to the UK in extremely limited quantities back in the mid-Seventies. The song never received a UK release. The 45 uses the same rhythm track as the singer's better known WHY DO I CRY (released on Angwal) but TIME AS GONE [sic] is the rarer cut.
This is a rare opportunity to bid on a very collectable item especially in such good condition.
