Description
Tino Contreras: Jazz à Paris LP (Festival FLD 291 S, France 1962)
The rare original pressing of this classic LP, recorded in Paris by Mexican percussionist Tino Contreras. Includes the fabulous scat jazz dancer "Good Beat", which was also released on a French EP, but this LP is even harder to find. Two tracks also have female vocals by Magda León ("Imagination") and Alicia González ("Mon homme").
Condition: The record is pressed on really heavy vinyl, almost like a modern audiophile pressing. The vinyl is extremely clean and glossy with practically no signs of use. Both sides play almost completely without any noise. The laminated full colour sleeve is also in truly excellent condition, with no splits, tears, or writing.
