Description:
Hands down one of the rarest and funkiest from Puente's extensive catalogue. This album is fiery from the get-go. Huge b-boy breaks set to break-neck funk on the oft-comped "Black Brothers" (guaranteed dance-floor freakout every time!), uncut latin rawness on the first tune "El Rey Del Timbal", smoking percussion and fuzz on "Ritual Fire Dance" (a Nico Gomez style tune ready to incinerate!), the sophisticated groove of "Matacumbe" and the jazz-dance monster "Picadillo".
Condition: (rec/cov/lab, gradings: VG+/VG++/EX/NM, visually graded under a bulp)
looks VG++ with some slightest inaudible surface marks, plays NM / gatefold cover EX, slight yellow aging on the white parts, a few tracks are marked with ball pen inside cover but it's hardly visible, no splits, no tears, looks great, company inner sleeve EX / clean
